Default wheel dimensions???

ok guys, so im lookin at Fuel Boost wheels in a 17x9 size. What im wanting is the wheel/tire to stick OUT of my fender a bit (couple inches) for the off road/wide wheel/tire look. Theres 3 diff offsets and backspacing avail. for this wheel in the 17x9 size with the 8x6.5 bolt pattern. heres the sizing: MHT lists the Fuel wheels offset as "ET" in their tech specs - not sure what that means but id assume the offset is that number in mm?

Again im looking for the size that will push the wheel/tire outside of the fender some for that offroad/wide tire look.

Wheel size is 17x9
OS=Offset, BS=Backspace
OS....BS
20.....5.75"
1.......5"
-12....4.5"

ok i read all that, but it still didnt tell me what the best wheel option for BS and OS to get so the wheel/tires sits out away from the truck the most. thats offset chart gave me exact same dimensions that the wheel is.

Measure yours, then figure out how much you want them to stick out, then using the link you should be able to figure out wich ones you want.

Rims are only part of the equation. You need to factor in tires as well.. I've get several second generation buddies running H2 wheels with Toyo 37"s and they stick out about an inch. Go with the 5" backspacing, the 4.5 will stick out to far. Unless you run a 6" lift.
