Default 2011 f350 lift?

Just picked up a new f350 short box crew cab, I am going to be pulling a fifth wheel and am considering installing a icon 4.5 lift with 18 or 20 inch wheels with 35 tires? I would like to know if anyone has this setup and how it works? My only other option would be leveling kit? Just want to make sure before I lift it that it will be good to go. I know some people will say don't lift It, but stock sucks!

I'm not sure a 4.5" lift and a 5th wheel will work too well together. I know there is no way I could have a lift on my 04.5 Ram 2500 and pull my 5th wheel. I get it scary close to the bed rails some times manuvering it around in situations where the truck and trailer aren't level with one another. I'm all stock on 35's (with rear bags). At most I would do a leveling kit and not touch the rear, other than some bags to keep it level (depending on your tongue weight).
