Nitto Mud Grapplers
So im looking at some new tires for my truck and cant keep my eye off the nitto's . Does any one have any experience with the nitto mud grappler as far as road noise and how long they will last appx: ie. normal driving conditions. Also a 35 should fit my truck w the leveling kit right??? Or does the rim width play a major role? THese tires look mean and have been wanting them for a while but had to let the tread on my procomps wear out. ITs just about upgrade time.... Your input would be greatly appreciated Thanks
Skkeeeeeeeeettttttttttt
My brother went through two sets in 30 thousand miles on his Excursion. It sounded like a swarm of bee's driving down the road. If you are into loud tires, these definitely keep up with super swampers in the noise department. Not a great tire if you do mostly city/highway driving.
I would stay away from the Nitto MT's for the reasons above. They are not good tires for the street, they are loud and you may get 20-25K if if rotate them every 5k.
Toyo's and BFG MT"s are both 10x better IMO.

My neighbor had grapplers on his 07 Super Duty. 22 in rims. I noticed that he had different wheels and asked him what happened.
He said that he couldn't get them to stay balanced.
He sold them on ebay after like 3 weeks on the truck.
