Default advice on rims and tires

Hey guys, I'm workin on gettin a set of rockstar rims and need some input, I currently have the stock set up for rim, and mine is a dually, so I'm runnin the dually set up, but I still have them monster as$ lug nuts and bolts. How in the hell can I do this and still retain them. Because I think that's thr awesome part of my first gen hehe. And does anyone have any input on retreads???
