its only a $20 fine where im at. they pulled me over all the time i bet i got like 5 of those tickets before i got fender flares

 

THATS IT?! those dirty pigs give us inspectin tickets so its not like i can just pass up 20 dollars and be done. about once every 2 months they stop literaly every truck in town and find something to write tickets for wether it be straight pipe window tint tires waterver they just like being dicks. so i deff be getin fender flares AFTER i get stoped haha.

 

haha move to Montana. you can do pretty much anything you want. i was goin to register my truck in Montana so i could get away with stuff but it turned out to be a pain in the a** to do it.

what are the local laws for your state, and what state is it? i know in pa tires cant stick out at all and if u do lift it it needs mudflaps. also bumpers cant be above 30 inches to the bottom.

 

tires can not stick out at all. if they do fenderflares have to cover them. if they stick out past the flares then you get a ticket. as far as a lift i dont even think the cops know whats legal or not because sometimes they will pull over guys with 6 inches others they just leave alone. but no one goes over 6. windows can not be tinted darker than 25% and no straight pipes. any of this will get you an inspection ticket. even if you just have loud exhaust they will pull you over or if you black smoke they will pull you over. its realy freaking stupid if you ask me.

 

Headlights Max 54" Min 24", Taillights Max 72" Min 15", Foglights Max 30" Min 12". That the only lift law in texas. And very rarely do they check the light hight unless your ridiculous huge or a rice burner. Also, your allowed to relocate your lights. Alot of people block the factory lights and hang some off the bottom of the bumper to be legal. Not sure what the law is on fender flares, but if there is one, its not inforced.

Window tint is 35% but most people run 20% and your fine unless the cop fells like being picky that day.

No muffler is required, but you can still get a noise violation.

And I've rolled the coal in front of cops before and most dont care. Theres even a couple cops who live in my area that drive bad *** diesels.

Just a few reason why Texas is the only state I'd live in.

 

ya i bought my truck from a MD state cop. he is preaty cool i could of got away with the tint that was on it because of him but took it off anyway. he had it chiped with a superchip but no intake or exhaust wich is dumb but waterver. he the only cop i can say i like. wen i got arrested in january the city cops knew the truck from when mike used to have it and i kinda got off easy. THANK GOD!!

drinkin underage in wawa parking lot in my truck. they could of got me for dui cuz keys where still in the ignition and i drove while i was drinkin but just happend to pull in wawa and park. they knew i was drivin so thats where i got let off easy. i jumped out of the truck and he said is that mikes old truck. haha he called over the station and told them that he arrested the girl who bought his truck. they all knew me. it was crazy.
