In the rain, the PERELLI don't lose traction like the FIRESETONE & CONTINENTAL

I have the Pirelli Scorpion STR-A. It's a highway tire. Had ~50K on them when I bought the truck and they looked like they'd go ~80K. Put 10K more on them and the fronts still look like they're good for ~80K but the backs.... Maybe if I drove like a granny, I wouldn't need new tires...

HOWEVER, with my 2wd 2500 and a tight limited slip, they're TERRIFYING in the rain! I almost spun the truck around within the first mile after buying it! And that WAS driving gently!

When I'm shopping for tires, I always check the reviews, surveys, and test results at Tire Rack - Your performance experts for tires and wheels

I've been having good results in the rain, better than the FIRESTONE or the CONTINENTAL
