Default Need a Wheel expert

I have been searching for a set of plain old Black Steel Wagon wheels that will fit my stock 93 W250, and haven't been having any succcess.

Can anyone shine some light on this subject for me, the local tire shops are of no help they keep telling me I have to tell them what I need.

I was wanting nothing crazy just like 8 in's wide to run a decent all purpose tire for daily driving.

thanks, and let me know if you need more info to better assit.

I just gave away a set of those not long ago from a 440 gas 3/4 ton 4wd I had years ago.

I haven't seen them made in a long time.Have you looked through American Racing's catalog as if anyone would still make them they might.

Most trailer supply shops should be able to get them. You just have to check for backspacing issues.

Pro comp makes plain steel wheels, I think only with round holes though. But through a good dealer you can nab them for like $70 a piece.

Sorry, I'm a trailer guy and know very little about all these wheel specs but American is the brand that I have listed in my trailer parts wholesale catalogs. I also know they are interchangeable because I've sold some of these to off-roaders in the past. I also have my stock wheels off my truck mounted on my big trailer.

they make them with the normal triangle type holes to look up 4wheelparts.com they sell them in all sorts of sizes and backspacing I would recommend prolly and 4 to 4.25 inch back spacing that will keep the looking good for you and that's the average bs they sell them with.

here you go I searched 8 on 6.5 lug pattern black steel wheels on that website I told you about here's what came up.

Wheel Finder - Truck & Jeep Wheels, Off Road Wheels, Cast & Steel Wheels-RH1

Hope that works for you.
