Default Leaf Spring Bushing replacement???

Here's what I got, I'm working on a 1999 Ford PSD, the front leaf's rear mount, the one that connects to the shackle, is destroyed and in need of attention. Here's the catch, I have an 8 inch lift and the springs are Superlift. Superlift uses a Vulcanized Steel encased rubber bushing that is a press in application. I don't want to take the springs off my truck to press the new ones in but what can I do?? Has anyone done this or got an idea of how to do it without taking my springs off??

I bet I could rig up some kind of brake caliper, and just hit the pedal and shove it in. Hmmmm. I'll figure something out. Thanks
