Default 315/75-16 tires

Does anybody know if 315/75-16 tires will fit on a 12 inch wide rim? I am runin 35x14.50 mud grapplers right now, I like the tire its just really noisy and i want somethin quiet but I want to keep my 16x12 inch rims. Any suggestions?

Yea I plan on selling them but I dont know for how much $ yet. Do the sides of your tires bulge out bad or does it look really good?
