looking at buying a 4.5" kit for my truck. Will 38s fit on a 4.5" truck with a 16x10 wheel?

I am not that familiar with Dodge but I doubt it. I have 6-8" set at 7 and my 35's rub, Crawler has a 4 inch lift on his truck and his 35's barely fit.

38's definitely will not fit with only a four inch. cumminsfreak just pulled off his 4.5 inch and 35's

What about Cutout flares too then 4.5" might get ya to 37s.

I would think you would need at least 8" to get 38's on it.

38's will fit with a 6" lift if you keep it on the road or barely flex it out. i'd suggest using a 38x12.5 and running an 8" wheel with 4" backaspacing.

as of right now i have yet to see any cut'out flares available for dodge but i haven't looked everywhere.

37x 12.5 will fit no problem.
but 38s would rub.
the 37s will rub if flexed quite a bit.

hmmmm, ok, the lift cummins freak is selling will more than likely be going to me, but he already sold the wheels/tires

does anyone know anything i can do to the lift or anything i can add to it for another 1 or 2" of lift beyond the advertised 4.5"?

Put a 2 1/2" leveling spacer on top of the new springs.
