Will This Combo Work???
I didnt look but what is his rear set up. if he has an AAL than you wont see any liftin the rear except the thickness of the AAL. if he has a full leaf pack then Im not sure you'll be able to do a AAL for the rear and gain 2 inches.
but you may get 1" tops and then you will either be even or 1" higher in the rear.
another thing you can do for the front and its what I did on my 98 is buy som super lift coil bucket spacers. they are meant to correct the dreded "lean" after doing a lift. but I bought 2, welded them in and got 1"

i looked into the rear set up of it and it uses an add a leaf in there somewhere, and i also checked and they have an add a leaf i can buy that will yield me an addtl. 2"
oh, like i said, im not sure of everything that comes in the lift yet but i know it had a add a leaf in there somewhere. Heres a link to the kit im getting

the bill of materials say it has a AAL and block. which means you'd have to stack a block and use an AAL. Im not keen on block stacking especially with a vehicle that puts out major torque.
but you could always get a 5"-7" leaf pack from Sky jacker or somone else
se if he'll sell the front box kit.

well. blocks arent too bad but these are blocks that you stack on top of your stock ones. I have seen quite a few pictures of the after market stack on blocks cracking and disapearing from rear leafs and giving the driver a fun ride. also they shift when used in off road situations.
But the biggest thing especially with a diesel is the twisting of the axle. The blocks go under the leaf pack raising it off the axle more which gives it more lift. but what it really does is create a weaker pivot point. so when you gas it the axle twists but when you have taller blocks it could twist alot more.
I have seen people get away with it no problem but I wouldnt trust it especially with a diesel.
