yeah the bands separate on the sidewalls, those dont look like anything serious you'll be fine.
you should of seen some of tires we put on trade in trailers at the trucking company i worked for in high school, we had to turn off the radio in the shop so we could listen for the bands to start poppin...fun. Had one go off at 85 psi that will make you pucker up let me tell ya

That is a ply overlap showing through the top coat of rubber.
Perfectly normal...it usually doesn't show up until the tire is heat cycled, load cycled, and has a few miles on them, but most light truck tires will end up with something similar over time.
