you have to have the center of the wheels milled out just a smidged to fit over the hubs... there is a little more backspacing than factory dodge wheels.. not much.. also they are 8.5" wide as opposed to 8" I am picking up a set this week for my truck.. I am going to see if my friend can mill them out at work, or i am going to find someone that has a router and just do it myself.. there is a couple guys over on CompD that have done it and have pics...
And actually your factory dodge center caps will also fit, you just have to do a little modification to them.. I am going to trim them up a bit to fit and then probably get 4 C emblems and do the emblem trick to the center caps

i know that it needs to end up like 4.774"... i just picked up my h2 wheels yesterday and going to just get a router and do it with that and a flush cut bit... there is a little ridge in the hub hole already, and if you use that to let the bearing of the bit to ride on, it will open it up to the right size...
