Bent Aluminum wheel
#21
I've seen wheels worse than that straightened by a guy in CA that does nothing but straighten aluminum wheels. I've also seen some that cracked while straightening. Local guys trying to do it with a hammer. I've welded up a couple for other people, but wouldn't want to do that with MY wheels.
Google "Wheel Straightening" and you'll probably find someone not too far away.

Steady pressure or a wooden or other soft faced mallet and go slow. If you get the area over 400-450* and quench it you'll anneal the aluminum and it will be super easy to work, but it won't reharden till you work it enough to work harden it or get it re-heat treated, I wouldn't even dare try that on my own wheel. fixing aluminum like that is a touchy thing, you either have it or you don't, if you can't do miracles with a hammer I'd suggest taking it to someone that can, that can be fixed...
