Default Control Arms

Well, I know the stockers suck, and I have to replace all the bushings anyway, so is there a decent cheapset of control arms that I could buy to replace these stamped ones? I'm talking like, less than $400. Or, is it worth boxing the stock arms?

I could fab up my own set if I knew the dimensions, I need this truck for my daily driver since neither the 98 or 99 is registered right now. So its not like I can pull the old ones out, use them for dimensions, and still drive the thing home at night. Anyone have any suggestions?

as far a cheep no. kore makes 2 different sets but ether set will cost ya. but you get what you pay for with KORE.. by far the best in my opinion they make a race version (Billit)and a chase version both are built right top of the line bushings etc. never have to worrie bout them again

Dimensions shouldn't be hard to measure right on the truck. Let me search for the thread i started about buildin a set. Got some great ideas in it for buldin a set pretty easy and much cheaper.

It got overroad with the complete front and back end suspension and steering rebuild. I'm still workin on the rear end. Got the new idea installed, tested and it worked out better then even I expected. Now I just need to get it cleaned up so I can post it.

Well... I'm thinking at this point I'm just gonna replace the bushings in the stock control arms. They're all shot at this point. If I had the money to invest, I'd make up a set of my own. But the leveling kit and a new set of 35" X-Terrains kind of bit into my budget.
