Okay Guys, I need some opinions.

I'm lookin' at getting some larger tires. I definately want to get 35's but I can't decide it I want Cooper All Terrains or Toyo All Terrains.

Give me positives and negatives. I've already started pricing them and I can get them both for about the same prices

 

While Cooper make a pretty good tire - Id say go for the Toyos....never really heard a bad thing about them.

 

Well here is my opinion, and please remember opinions are like doctors or butts...we all have one and some of em stink

If you can get em at the same price, I believe that the Toyos are a far better tire in both wear and durability. I do not have any experience with the Coopers, but have run the Toyos on two duallys and had great luck...They wore much better than the Michelins that I had been running previous...Awesome snow and ice traction, not that you likely see any where you are, but for travelling, nice to know...

My current truck I am running 33's and will switch to 35's as soon as I wear these ones out...
I hope that helps, and Im sure some others will chime in shortly...I think Doc has some experience with the Coopers (and loves em from what i remember)!

Thanks guys. I hadn't heard much about the toyos and I figured someone on here would know something about them.

 

I like my TOYO TY303'3.........35.2" tall and rated at 6400 lbs load. have 80k miles on em and will prolly get another 60k fer sure ..then I get 60-80 bucks trade in for cores

 

Toyo M-55's here, best tire I have ever run. They are only 33" diameter though, that's all the taller I can go without losing to much gearing to pull the heavy trailers. A highway tire that does better in the mud and snow then almost any mud tire I have run. The only thing that worked better was the Truxxus Radials. But I only got 15,000 miles out of them before they were bald.
