Default 17" Wheel Skins with Lug Nut Affixment Rather Than Cheap Clips

I want to buy some 17-inch wheel skins (set of 4) for my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 2WD. I noticed a product on Amazon, IMP/45X, is close to what Im looking for. However, Im looking for a product that doesnt require the original OEM center cap to exist in order for the product to fit correctly, and would prefer the wheel hub skin to replace the OEM center cap altogether (along with the rest of the rim). It is the stock rim btw.

Also, I want to use my lug nuts to fasten these (like the OEM center cap uses). Chrome or black would be fine.

Products that I find only use crappy "clips" rather than the lugs themselves to affix. I dont trust clips to hold these skins onto the wheel. Havent had good luck with clips in the past. Other customers have had similar experiences to clips breaking or falling off.

Sure I suppose getting new rims would work, but this is an old project truck Im trying drive around town from time to time.... so dont really wanna buy new rims right now. The existing rims are horrible looking but functional. I tried to plastidip them but they turned out nasty.

Anyhow... any recommendations for wheel skins or rim covers?
