Default 295/70R18 Nitto Trail Grappler actual size

Hey, I'm considering the 295/70R18 Trail Grappler and was hoping someone would help me out by measuring the actual height and width. I know the Nitto site has the measurements but their's nearly an inch difference in height to my actual measurements for my 285/65R18. I'd like to know if I can squeeze them in with out rubbing or minimal rub. I'm running a -12 offset with a level kit so it makes things a bit tricky.

Thanks in advance.

This site can give you an idea of what the 285 vs 295 should be.

Thanks for the response. I actually use that site often. The numbers that tire manufacturers post don't seem to be accurate so I was hoping to get some actual measurements. An example I can give is a set of mickey thompson baja ATZ listed as 35x13.5.r20 actually measures 34x13.50. I just wish they would list the actual size of the tire. It would make things much easier.
