rims for 05 f250
anyone know if 16 inch rims will go on an 05 f250. stock it has 17s, 4 wheel disks. no one around here can give me an honest answer and i dont want to buy new rims that dont fit

Im definitely not Powerstroke knowledgeable but I think the main reason they are putting bigger wheels on vehicles is so they can fit larger brakes to increase stopping power. This is only a guess, but I doubt a 16" wheel clear the calipers.
