Default lifting a 97 k3500 6.5td

hey lads, can anyone tell me how much is involved in giving a crew cab full size tub 6.5td 4x4 running the 4l80e a 3inch lift in front and 2inch lift rear? where I live anything over 2inch lift requires an engineers cert. and I dont want to go that high anyway, what is the best course of action? go witj the cheap fix of torsion bar adjusters with shock adjusters and blocks or the big way of new shocks, torsionn bar lift and new springs? do you run into steering trouble at 3inch lift?

I would recommend RBP suspension lift kit. Heard a lot of good reviews with it that its really tough and durable. But just an advise lift kit are really expensive because we are paying the performance and safeness of the product.
