Default control arms

hey i have a 2005 dodge 2500 and i just put new shocks and ball joints swing arm bushings in but here latly when i hit a bump i here this popping noise and i can feel it in my floor board i check cab mounts and they are tight i i thought maybe it was the control arms i put a big prybar in there and i cant see the control arms moving any i didnt know if i could tell they was bad by doing that or how you could tell if it was the control arm or maybe if there was something eles that could be popping and rattling i have checked everything thanks a bunch
