Default Launching

So how do you guys launch?
I stick it in 4Hi, Auto stays in Drive, overdrive off, hold the brake, and about 3-4 seconds before launching bring the RPMs up to around 1800. Then when the light turns I release brake, and put the accelerator to the floor, until I'm done.
What about you guys :pc:

Your crazy man, how long till you start bombing your new truck? 30PSI and that stock output will go bang.

nah, my stock one held up on the other truck.

I guess whatever the tires will hold will determine what i leave at.

I made over 40 passes and 4 sled pulls before anything major went wrong.

What all did you have that was billet in your other trans? I want to see you out there running on the track.

when i first got the tranny it was basically just billet input, 3 disk converter valve body.

After breaking the output, and twisting the center out of the flywheel and burning up the front clutches it then was built right.

All billet shafts, new clutches, billet flywheel all thanks to sullivan diesel performance in lancaster ky.

Dont worry we will be back soon enough.
