To be honest i dont even know what a full rail dust cover looks like lmao. But i have decided on the tactical model just for the ease of modding for the first time.

I love my RIA tactical.

For the extra money its worth it over the GI model. The GI sights are horible and you have to mill the slide to change them. Also comes with a nicer grip saftey with good size beavertail to keep from getting hammer bite.

All I've done is swap the grips, the factory ones are horrible, they are VERY slick! Trigger is OK, I've felt better and worse. I also polished the ramp just a bit to help it with JHP's.

Why would I? I personally like he grip on my glocks.

We all know you thing a limited capacity, heavy, large, single stack gun is the end all to handguns.

While the 1911has more going for it than you say, on the other hand it is far from a novice pistol or a average street cops pistol....and people like gunman who think they know so much are really ignorant they dont/cant are not capabile to realize how wrong they really are....

Actually specific units in the. mil use 1911's along with quite a few SWAT teams amd some street cops...but the 1911 is a specialized pistol that requires more training and range time.

Its the fool yhat can not open a tool chest and have mutiple tools in it instead of hust a hammer...
