Nope, they are no longer new, but are used in unfired condition...if you were to list/sell then as new then you would by lying and falsely representation them...but then again your credibility for telling the truth and being honest....is non existent...

Got a Millet TRS-1 for the 700 today. I like it, it fits my needs perfect.

shot mine at 800y today after downloading applied ballistic's shooter app for android....had not shot this rifle at this range ever so i pluged in the values and it gave me a solution of 19.7 moa and since i was slightly under 800 i dialed 19.0 for the first shot....

pretty close for not adjusting for anything but bullet drop....then i reset and corrected 3 moa left for the spin drift and shot again...
