Default Springer 1911 TRP Accessories.....

The 10-8 performance grips came today, they are darker than I expected...but then again they are dark earth...and made by VZ grips with the custom scallop...going to need to pick up some 2000 grit sandpaper & knock the edges/ridges off on the grips, they are rather aggressive for concealed carry....

Have yet to buff the grips out, wanted to hit the range with em 1st. The grips are a tad "sharp" and grab your skin along with the cover garment when carrying the TRP in a Comp-Tec CTAC. Picked up some 320grit emery cloth stuff today to see how that knocks off the edges...this has been my primary carry piece since the grips came in...it's a tad heavy on the Wilderness 5 stitch belt, need to break out the Jones Cobra Shooters belt & see how that works...

However, love the fit/feel of the grips otherwise...

Finally got around to switching out the PMC Starfire for the Double tap...these are 230gr +p rated at 1014fps out of a 5" barrel....
