Open carry is legal on your property. In Tx if i dont like you, i can say you threatened me and i can shoot you on my property. I dont even have to drag you into the house. I love Tx!

Can you reach it in bed? I can have mine in hand about the same time my feet hit the floor without having to get on my knees to reach under the bed.

 

You have made a police report right? They most likly can't do much right now because no specific threat has been made but if something does go down and you must defend yourself you will have that as one more piece of evidence on your side.
