Default fly fishing

i've always wanted to learn to fly fish...just no one i know does it.. can anyone point me in the direction i need to go?

Try the local fishing shop. Theres lots of fly fishing sites online, probably videos on youtube.

there is also a fly fishing show that travels to portland that i go to and also california washington and mabey idaho i think. its prolly in the paper but it only comes once or twice a year. there is tons to learn and lots of sessions and how to's. other then that go to a fly shop then get out on the water. i fly fish all the time.

My brother would know all about that. He's been fly fishing for years along with regular fishing and he's a fishing guide. I tried slinging the line a few times but I prefer to stick to regular fishing.

you will do much better fishing in a creek with fly fishing.... its not hard to do... its just really annoying you constantly have to slap the water with the line, and I find it no fun... like she ^ said i like using the rod and reel
