We've been knawing on him since the end of November. Took nearly 90 lbs of de-boned meat to a Mennonite meat processer. Had some cheese brats, trail balony, breakfast sausage and the rest ground into burger. We kept several roasts and even fried-up the back-straps while doing the butcherin'! Does it make a feller a redneck to poke the fried backstraps off the plate with the same knife he's using for the butchering?
