it really depends on which gun I'm carrying and what I'm wearing. I will say that I have all of the above and pracitce a lot with each. My carry guns range from a Berretta 25ACP to my full size 1911.

But yes, discretly is the best answer

We ran a self inflicted gunshot to the head, guy tried killing himself with a Beretta .25.

The bullet did not penetrate the base of the skull & when we were examining the wound the bullet actually was stuck in the skin & fell out.

Guy walked out of the ER less than 1 hour later & went to the BHS locked down unit.

All depends on what I'm packing.

I've got a customized 1911 that sits in a Rosen ARG, but lately I've taken to packing either the Sig 239 in a Rosen belt holster (the one with belt snaps), the G-19 beater pistol in a kydex holster or the S&W 442 in a Kramer pocket holster.

Thinking about getting a Alessi shoulder holster for the Sig 229 and possibly an Alessi ankle holster for the 442.

Looking round for a fanny pack that does not scream ambiguously gay (I am in Wyoming after all) for the 229 & possibly a couple other holsters for my fat azz.

I've got a Springfield 1911-A1 Loaded Champion. I carry 90% of the time. Either strong side OWB or SOB IWB. Yes Same holster.

It's a K&D Holsters Cochise Defender.

I keep mine in my glovebox, I'm usually in reach of the pickup. Do ya'll know they won't let us truck drivers carry, even with a permit in our home state. Whatever u do, if u r going to carry it on you all the time, u definitely need to be discreet. If not, people who don't know any better will call the law on u every time. I'm sure there will b a big gun debate goin on after the Va. Tech shootings which struck close to home for me.
