If you think it is hard to get ahold of them when you want to buy something... you should try and get ahold of them when you are trying to get a core deposit refund, it is like they no longer exist. I sent the cores back over 2 months ago, and still have not recieved my $900 core deposit back.
I have finally had enough and have decided to take action and let everyone know what to expect when they deal with Southern Diesel Xtreme.
They obviously do not care about their customers. One thing is forsure They will never get any more business from me. I have gave them more than enough chances to make things right, maybe this post will make them realize that if they continue to run their business like this it will not be long before they are out of business!!

I really hope this post will finally catch their attention, if not I will continue to share my experience with members on this and all the other Diesel Web Sites.
(if my money is refunded I will remove this post)
