Seems to me that stacks terminating below the top of the cab would cover the contents of the bed and the back window with exhaust residue, even if you don’t have a smoker. The taillight behind the tailpipe on our F-350 service truck always gets sooted up, and I've never seen it produce visible smoke even when a leadfoot gets on it, leaving for a service call. Guess you probably wash your truck more often than we do.

Mdub I will definatly take your thoughts into percpective. And thank you about the truck!! Only issue i have with it is how the previous owner ran the exhaust. He took a 5 inch stack cut it down to like 18inches and ran it straight out the back. If i go home this weekend ill post some pics of the different ideas i got running through my head. But i have thought bout one stack off set in the back. Thanks again mdub also usually the truck gets washed at least once a month if not more.. gotta keep the chrome nice n shiney!!

Not quite. The ONLY time I get soot all over the bed is after a heavy rain, and I jump on the throttle hard pulling out of the driveway. Normally if I just start it up and let it warm up and take it easy for the first few miles (low boost) it will just steam the water out without issues. I have plenty of visible smoke when needed, as I run a race tune daily, I just don't get that much smoke sticking to the truck.

Although, a black truck certainly helps hide this anyways...

Sounds pretty cobby haha. Just keep the stacks level with the cab and you'll be fine. Definitely don't go way above the cab though, it's so trashy looking. At least I think so. It's such a clean truck!

Trashy? IDK man, stacks at all are kinda iffy, if you're gonna run 'em run what you want. I'm thinkin turnouts a foot or two above the cab, but that's just me. Though I am kinda white trash/redneck so I guess Mdub is correct there
