Default running stacks with exhaust

i have a 95 f250 4x4 and i was wondering if its better to run stacks with an exhaust to stacks or just straight pipe.. i appriciate any advice. Right now its just the downpipe coming midway under the cab. Dont know if i should just buy a delete pipe to get to the hole in the bed for the stack or put an exhaust on and then use a 90 pipe to go from there

I think your asking whether to put on a "muffler" or a delete pipe right?
I would put a muffler on IMO because i don't want the truck that loud unless i am racing or pulling.
MBRP makes a nice one that slip fits on the pipe and clamps or welds, it is a clear through design.
Here's a pic or two.
