Change in plans, going to build the stroker, ill do a common rail swap later on

E-1999 Powerstroke list:
Full Force diesel 238 or 250cc reman injectors(both same price from php)
PHP Custom tuned chip
Air Dog 2(kt performance) or RR with walbro pump and diy fuel filter with fuel bowl delete
Arp head stud kit(kt performance)
T-500 hpop or if have extra money stealth 1
GTP38R turbo(riff raff)
Comp cams 910 springs(riff raff)
Autometer boost, egt, fuel psi gauges
Valir or southbend dual disc clutch
4" straight pipe
Ford overhual kit(riff raff)(later down road depending on compressiom check)

Figured out why truck ran like crap, even after swapping idm and injector harness's on both sides with gaskets.

My buddy slim at Slims repair(diesel shop) got it for me. Trucks needs injector 3 & 8 rellaced, doing that next week along with clutch pedel assembley and getting old freon/air outa lines and putting in new freon hopefully get ac going again.

Cps was fine, deffenitly needs #3 & #8 injectors which will get replaced this week

8-11-11 Replaced #3 and #8 injectors, replaced clutch pedel assembley and checked a/c(ice cold at idle but driving goes cold, warm, cold, warm, etcc so must need new pressure switch) and cleaned door latchs for door ajar and got that fixed.

Now this is what we found out needs replaced now (when it rains, it pours)
-Rebuild turbo
-Needs new battarys(pass side junk, so drawing other battary down)
-Fix all 4 door acutators
-Fix driver side mirror(doesn't turn)-going to replaced with 08-10 mirrors

Maintance to do:
-Replace belt soon
-Change fluids

Upgrades to come:
-Gauges(EGT, Boost, Fuel psi)
-TS 6 pos chip
-T-500 pump(terminator modded 17 pump)
-4" diamond eye straight pipe(its got muffler delete now with 6" tip )
-RR, fuel bowl delete and walbro or aeromotive pump with post pump filter
-Probley just do Stage 1's maybe 2's depending on money
-Valir clutch

Clutch bushings were gone







So far trucks got new:
IDM, CPS, Fuel Injector harness/gaskets both sides, new #3, #8 and #7(guy before me was told #7 cylinder was #4, so #7 has new injector and #4 has old #7 injector). Now just needs turbo rebuild to get power back and stop blue smoke. Then a/c pressure switch and motor wise trucks good to go.

If the cycling switch dosen't fix the a/c take the 10mm bolt out of the compressor clutch. There is a small shim/washer on that bolt,remove it then re-install. Should work then.

there was no washer/shim took cover off few days ago to do that trick
