yeah mine was an older one and was aluminum.... not even red.... i picked mine up for 50 bucks.... it was in a barn from another truck.... im doing the motor red with silver accents.... thats going to be everything that bolts on silver.... then the fuel lines and smaller items will be black....

white?
orange?
copper?

its a good lookin truck now.. id keep it the way it is

 

blue trucks tend to run the best

 

gotta take the dodge cover off the valve covers

 

I kinda like it adds some color to the motor

 

so does painted valve covers, the rest of his truck doesnt say dodge

the whole motor is getting painted this week.... retorquing the head bolts until my new head gasket comes in then its getting some new items all over again

im thinking about keeping the cover though.... not sure yet

 

update **

all new pics .... took today.... added more things than needed but oh well.....

got my new 47RH today and its has a fresh rebuild on it bought for 400 bucks and it has an aftermarket converter
