I am just remembering the drawback of a big black truck. I did not really have a choice, we were down to 4 left I wanted within 400 miles, so black it had to be. My brother has yellow 03 and red 07 anyway. I am getting to old and stiff for proper detailing. If my dealer gives the free wash with oil change , it will be the first dealer oil change I ever got.

I am impressed fellows

BlkJack those blue round things are called Grit Guards, one goes in the wash bucket, and one goes in the rinse bucket, lessens the change of contaminating water and picking it back up in the mitt when washing, creating swirls, scratches, marring etc.

Oh ok thats a good idea couple more questions if ya dont mind where do you get all your supplies and then I havent ever used a mitt only the soft brushes do the mitts work better or is it just personal pref ? Needing to get me a good kit put together my old boss the one that i drove trucks for seen my truck today and now he wants me to detail all of his semis now said he would pay me to do it one truck a weekend so that ought to be some pretty good $$

well ya gotta understand....detailing is a LOT more in depth than a wash wax and throw some dressings on....at least to me anyway.

I buy all my supplies from Rick at Auto Detailing Solutions. Auto Detailing Solutions -- Meguiar's Car Wax, Auto Polish & Detailing Supplies Store

If you have MSN or anything, its be a lot easier to chat. I have MSN, Yahoo, AIM

Wow! I am doing good if I bust out the pressure washer once or twice a year to knock the worst of it off the truck
