well... it's a TCI gate shifter. It shifts just like the column shifter and I was able to move the OD/tow haul switch to the button on the shifter. It took several weeks of placing, observing, measuring to find the best place for it. It was kinda scary cutting into a $250 bezel so I took my time and made sure to do it right.

It helps at the track to manually shift and to avoid going into neutral or reverse at WOT
