hahaha- just adjust the dyno,

Just google: mattig sport steel

By the way I do also like the engine bay - very clean and nice!

Is your valve cover mounted with three bolts? If so, I have a very rare alloy cover with a huge VW sign.
Was drivin' the 1.6l TD intercooled before the Jeep....

Pictures please. The AAZ cover is a 3-bolt mount and I've never heard of another cover than the stock steel one.

Send pics and a price please !!!!

Oh, there are a couple of alloy heads. Mostly made for the gassers, like the G60. I'm going to take pictures.
Price? Have in mind that I'm located in germany.

all the mods? What about a boost controller? What kind of intake have you mounted? It looks like the standard one. There is one from the gasser which is a direct fit to the head and has a much better ducting. The so called "TD-R intake".

She's a daily driver all summer and a sweet one at that.
The engine is bored out and balanced, has a ported and polished stock head with Comp Cams valve gear, and a port matched stock manifold. It has a cast iron exhaust manifold with a Garrett T3 turbo. I use a 2-stage boost controller and run 15-17 psi every day with 26psi on tap for those pesky ricers. The pump is extensively modified by Giles at Performance Diesel Injection, the master. The clutch is an ACT unit.
