Great job on those gauges, they look amazing! How did you decide where to break them at?

Amazing... i'm speechless...

 

The air ride has been working great! It handles very well at high speeds with the track bars I made to keep things in line. It also changes the castor angle of the steering to track better on the highway when aired up and turns sharper when the bags are empty. It really rides smooth, almost like a new chevy!
I've been wanting to try the articulation, I bet it will have alot of axle droop with the air bag mount able to rotate off the leaf. I also want to make a splined sway bar disconnect for the front.

As far as the gages, I just tried to keep the illumination lights that went with each gage and split the circuit board with a dremel using a 1/16" carbide. Of course I wasnt planning on using any of that circuitry, just the guage connections themselves being supplied by the original dodge cluster mounted under the dash and then made a harness to make the connections from the backs of those gages. Same goes with all the LED warning lights. Just soldering a bunch of wires and a dab of hot melt glue here n there. It did take a couple tries to get them all working.
