It doesn't matter how big you go you will always wish you went bigger. That shop looks great. I have plans for my garage/house some day. 40x100 with 15' ceiling. Hopefully I will have the money some day.

Don't be too sure....I bought my place with a 60x80' and could easily see being able to cut alot of space out. The more space there is, the more you store, and the more there is to keep straitened and clean.

16yrs. ago, a company came out and blew insulation in my attic when my house was nearing completion.... the insulation is deep 8 to 10 inches in places....

workers blowing the insulation wore long sleeve hooded sweat shirts and breathing masks...

after their work, i installed some flooring in a few parts of the attic and it was a mess, too much insulation... i wish i had paid the extra amount and had insulation batting installed... to get the same r factor i would have had to installed additional 2X4s on top of the 2x6s.... but it would have been a neater job.... the blown insulation is settling now and maybe loosing some of it's R factor.....
