Anyone who has put 35s on a Super Duty has either trimmed or removed the front spoiler, if you're running fat tires like me, your bumper trim may have come victim, too. I slipped a piece of 1 inch square tubing with longer bolts between my bumper and frame. With the dropped hangers, the side a mounts were eliminated anyway. Before the bumper has to come off, I'll weld the tube to the bumper mount. It's enough to help the problem without being too gawdy.

Yet another Swanker clone, heater grid delete plate, and a oil cooler relocater plate
I made this Swanker clone from 2 90 degree aluminized steel tubing from fleabay 10 dollars a piece + 10 shipping, and a 1/2 steel plate for the flange. the tubing already had the bead on the ends I welded a plate for 2 1/8 inch and 1 1/4 inch pipe hole for future mods. Also fabricated a heater grid del plate from 1.5 inch aluminum stock. my last mod is the ext oil cooler plate. it is installed in place of the inblock cooler and reroutes the oil to a external cooler. it has 2 an10 fittings for the ext cooler and a 1/4 inch feed for my homemade bypass filter. I have more pictures of this engine rebuilding under the 2nd gen thread titled a documented rebuild.

Front bumper I made for my last truck(92 F-250 460) in Ag Fab class my senior year of high school. I need to get another 92-96 Ford so I can use it again. 350-400 pounds at least. deer proof. Not done yet, needs light guards and some finish work so it looks nice. I'll probably end up coating it in bedliner. I started on a set of custom steps made from horseshoes too but they haven't gotten very far since i haven't had the same truck long enough to design a mount for them. Probably get coated in bedliner as well if I ever get them done.
