r they really cracking down or is this some states or what. i have never been stopped like that for anything other than speeding. i don't have the fender flares but i do have mud flaps on the back and window tint, still is it really that bad? next u want be able to run stacks!! what about the smoke because i can really bellows some smoke on the road?

I got stopped in a Company Powerstroke one day and they dipped the tank, that was probably 10 years or more ago , havn't had the pleasure of dealin with DOT cops in a few years now

yup some states are getting bad. I know They have gotten worse about it in texas. As far as smoke they have gotten worse down here too. I know of several boys that have gotten tickets for their trucks smoking.

you only get one here (Utah) if you find the right cop that doesn't have anything better to do, which sometimes is quite often... as long as you don't completey make the road dissapear they are ok with it, so i have heard

missouri is real bad.. DOT sets up withing 15 miles of my home address at least once a month dippin tanks.. and i live out in the sticks.. Ive thought about runnin the stock filler neck into a little 4 or 5 gallon tank that always has clear and then runnin red in the normal tank... that is a benefit of the FASS too.. them lines can go anywhere..

this may sound like a stuipd question and ive never been dipped before (thank god) but how do they dip isnt there a check ball in the filler of the tanks. I know several chevys ive worked on had them never really tore my dodge tank down that far. Just thought i would ask

i have only purposely ran dyed once cause i was on e and to far from town. But my father doesnt know how to keep road and dyed cans seperate so there is always a chance of having the dyed mix with on road.
