it's some guy's way of trying to recreate the cressent wrench, it isn't suppose to ratchet in any way, just adjust to different size bolts

do you know what a wanger is? its really a tool figure it out..:P i have to put up with these names at work everyday.. how about a tail shaft... theres another one for ya.

btw, a wanger is a wrench and a tail shaft is a drive shaft.. ( auzzie Limbo) yes theres some different parts slange. so i found out...
