Small 3hp Diesel Engine

Got a small Petter diesel engine. Its 3hp. Fresh out of the barn and complete. No rust in tank and really clean.

Its in MD. Attached to a generator but I don't know much about it. Asking $1000obo. Engine is a Petter made in UK. Haven't tried to start it but it has strong compression so a little cleaning and tinkering is probably it. Pics if anyone requests them.
