My buddy has a 2003 dually that he recently swapped the front end over to a 2008 front end. He now has everything needed for a 2003 dodge ram 3500 front end. It includes:

Bumper
Grill
Hood
Left and Right fender with head lights

all together for $500

Hey ncc, im interested in the same swap. Did he just have to replace the body work or did he have to swap core supports? Im interested in any info from someone who knows how to do the swap

 

As far as I understand it took some mods but I do not know exactly. I can ask him though. He does things like this all the time. It took him about an hour or so but again, he does things like this all the time.
