might I ask why your getting rid of it? I'm a newbie so is the 98 head better? If your going bigger with porting if couldn't you just go bigger with the one you have? Don't mean to offend, just asking..

well the reason is that i had the head sitting here off a 98 were this one is off a 94 no difference to my nowledge,i just want the newer head, im basically starting over from a fresh start to do everything write and this one is already powdercaoted the color i want were is the one im selling is not colored

The throttle bracketry won't bolt up to the second gen head. you may have taken this into account already but I thought I would throw it out there.

I am interested in the head. Is it already o-ringed? What has to be done to use the head?
I have fire-rings on my 24v and was wondering what the difference is?
