Default '98 12v CTD

Well, time to part with the 12v. Found a deal I can't pass up on a '04 QC. So here goes...

THE GOODS.
1998 3/4 ton 4x4
12v CTD, Auto, 212,xxx miles. Never modded, just regularly serviced.
60f 70R, 3.55 gears
Sport package, All power accessories work.
Power windows, locks, seats, mirrors, (mirrors are heated too) key-less entry.
Flip over goose-neck ball, and Reese hitch.
TSC tool box and diamond plate bed rails, rubber bed mat.
Ranch Hand front bumper.
All four new ball joints
All new Pro-Comp shocks and steering stabilizer this summer.
2" leveling kit, not installed in pics, probably install this weekend.

THE BAD.
Roof and hood are faded and could use a repaint.
I put the original wheels and my winter tires back on. They're about 35%
Dash pad has a few cracks

E-mail (josh_taylor45@hotmail.com) for more pics, info or just random questions. I know I'm forgetting a lot, and I don't want list all the random maintenance type things that I've taken care of.

Located in Ft. Rucker, AL. But could deliver over most of the southeast for the right deal.

I've been asking $8500 as a starting point, but I'm willing to deal. I'd rather sell this sucker on here then to some kid on E-gay. Thanks for lookin'.

Well, I've had this truck posted on couple of boards for a week or two now and I'm not really gettin' any interest.
What's the deal? Price and/or mileage too high? Economy sucking the life out of the market?
Really like to move it so I can score the 04 CTD I've been eying.

It is a real nice truck, and I wish I had the funds to buy it. But right now just hard to get the money together.
