I got this for my Dad's bright white Dakota but only after I used up several cans of Duplicolor Bright White paint and a couple hours of wetsanding did we discover that it would not work without butchering it up to fit due to a body line coming straight down the center of his hood. It is an aftermarket scoop and is made for a 3rd gen Ram. It looks great considering it was painted with spray cans. I even shot a couple cans of clear on it before finishing wetsanding it. It looks good enough that we almost cut it to fit but we didn't want to have to chuck it if we screwed it up. This scoop is held on with 3M tape and has never been mounted.
