Default 1996 Jeep Cherokee OM617/AX15 2wd

I'm putting my XJ up for sale. It's been a good daily driver for my wife for the past year, but it's time to move on to the next project. I never know how to write out sale ads, so I'm going to just list the specs and a link to some pics. The truck just passed state inspection last weekend(12-15-12), so that's good for another year. It gets about 23mpg doing mostly 45mph highway driving. If you have anymore questions let me know.

It's an '85 OM617td with ~150k miles, the truck has ~200k I believe. All the OE sending units were reused so everything in the dash works except for the tach. An oil temp and boost gauge were added to the center console. A Koch adapter was used so the OE 4.0L starter was retained and I adapted the OE alternator to the engine with a Ford 100amp external regulator. Used the 4.0L radiator with a 12" e-fan, no over heating in the summer. Also the stock e-fan is in place, I just never hooked it up. Added an oil cooler to the front behind the grille and run a double remote oil filter setup. I swapped the original 3.08 axle for a 4.10 unit(and correct speedo sender) I had around. It's a little too much gear, 3.55 would probably be better. It's got about 3" of lift and almost new 235/75-R15 Goodyear Wranglers. Clutch and front end parts are only a year old. Has an aftermarket cd-radio, power locks and windows. Also has a trailer hitch. The body is in average condition for it's age. It has some dents and dings, nothing huge, I'm pretty sure that it was in an accident at some point before we got it and the paint has been touched up in a few spots.

The bad that I know of:
1)The biggest thing wrong with it is that it's hard to start after it's been run for any length of time. I think it's the return to the tank, the best guess I have is the return dump it too close to the pickup and it's sucking up air/foam. The wife has never been super concerned about it so I just never worried about it. Basically it starts up fine, you let it run a few minutes or more, shut it off(and don't let it sit for about 10 minutes) it takes a lot of cranking to get it going. But it'll fire up every morning and fire up fine when leaving work. I'm not sure how else to describe it.
2) No AC
3) It vibrates at idle and the power lock actuators rattle like crazy in the doors. Once you're rolling though it goes away.
4) Has a small oil leak, less than 1/2qt in three months, but will leave a spot.
5) I noticed the steering wheel alignment was off when I drove it home from the inspection station. The truck didn't pull or shake, the wheel just wasn't centered 100% anymore.

The truck is in Norfolk, VA and I'm asking $2300OBO for it. Not really sure if I'm asking too much or not. I spent just a little more than that throwing the thing together, so I figure it's a good starting point.
