Unless it turns out to be trash, tomorrow I will be picking up a 97, 5 speed, 4x4, 2500 Cummins. If I get it, I will be needing,

headstuds
injectors 5x.014, maybe .016
turbo, something that spools quick and makes power, maybe a super phatshaft 62? recomendations?
4k gsk and valvesprings
lift pump, Fass, Airdog, recomendations
air intake, prefferably a dry element filter
fuel plate, 100 cut?
gauges (boost, egt, fuel pressure) and a mounting pod (something other than a pillar)

The truck will be a daily driver that will do some towing under 10k lbs. I want to build as much power as I can without hurting towing too much. I will be having a local shop turn up the pump, and advance the timing (17 degrees?) as well as doing some afc tuning. My budget will be $2500-3000 range for parts. I live near ValAir, so I will take care of the clutch myself. Any help and offers are appriciated. Thank you.
