I'm looking to get the head on my 5.9 12valve Cummins machined for fire rings. I'd like to get a quote from a shop near the St. Louis, Missouri area. (The truck is currently at my dad's place in Villa Ridge, Missouri which is about 50 miles west of downtown St. Louis on I-44.)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Send it to Haisley Machine. They are closer to you and have a great machine shop. We use them for anything not close enough to have shipped to us.

ATS is pretty high and Haisley does great work. There's probably some local shops that have the BHJ tool for the 5.9l's locally.

I found a local shop that says they are outfitted to do fire rings; Midwest Diesel Performance. I'll see what they can do for me.
